We’re looking for a Director of Growth to develop a comprehensive digital marketing platform by bringing in new insights and creative solutions to drive significant growth to our customer base. This role will be responsible for attracting and developing a world-class user acquisition team towards ROI, data-driven results. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and is located in Midtown Manhattan.
Develop and lead our user growth strategy across all social channels.
Work closely with our product and tech leads to build a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience.
Attract and develop a skilled, data-driven user acquisition team
Develop and drive the roadmap for SEM, SEO, paid social media, advertising and user acquisition partnerships.
Manage performance metrics and budget to intelligently scale acquisition efforts
Oversee A/B testing and optimization. Generate and create data driven hypothesis to execute experiments across the marketing funnel to optimize conversion and other key performance metrics.
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience; minimum of 1 year of growth management experience required

A data obsessed thinker who can leverage and present metrics in a way that drives impact and sways the business to implement new ideas
Must have experience working closely with the Product and Tech leads
Experience buying media at the $1M/month level required
Mobile experience preferred, digital required
Experience planning, executing and optimizing successful campaigns
